German rights to Boris Strugatsky's The Matter of Predetermination or the 27th Theorem of Ethics and Bessilyne [sic! - СБ] Mira Sego (The Powerless Ones of the World) went to Klett-Cotta. Rumanian rights went to Editura Paralella 45, who also purchased Hard to Be a God and The Tale of the Troyka. Spanish rights to Hard to Be a God sold to Gigamesh, while Italian rights went to Marcos y Marcos.
Hungarian rights to Roadside Picnic sold to Europa.
Bulgarian rights to The Doomed City went to InfoDar. Joachim Rottensteiner handled all the sales.
